Maintenance Throughout Lifecycle

When you install a solar heating system with Ely Beach Solar you do not have to worry about your system's functionality or maintenance-we take care of it! For the most part, a solar thermal system is relatively maintenance free, however it does require a glycol change every couple of years and should a tube break or another malfunction occur Ely Beach will either service your system or work with your maintenance staff to address the problem.

With the 24/7 advanced monitoring system Ely Beach will remotely monitor your system to ensure that your system is operating at maximum efficiency. The monitoring system includes the transmission of data from each system back to our servers, maintenance of your client interface webpage and monitoring of each installation by our automated alert system. If there is any fall in efficiency or other system failure, Ely Beach is immediately notified and will contact you to coordinate the dispatch of our repair personnel.

System Warranty
Ely Beach offers a system warranty which covers parts and labor for system repairs for one year from the date the system is initialized. After one year, parts are guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty, which for the solar panels is typically 10 years from the date of installation. Pumps and other moving components are guaranteed by their respective manufacturers. After the manufacturer's warranty expires, your system will still be maintained by Ely Beach however, you will be charged for parts and labor. You also have the option of utilizing your own plumbing resources to maintain the system, if you so desire. Any act of vandalism will void the warranty.
